Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our made to order products, we do not accept returns, unless the product arrives damaged.

If a product does arrive damaged, please let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we will:
– repair the product (return postage costs covered by us if dispatched within 21 days of delivery), or
– send you a new product, or
– issue a refund

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
